City of Marina


Dunes on Monterey Bay (formerly known as University Village)

Dunes on Monterey Bay is a mixed-use project with residential, retail, and business park/light industrial uses that will be developed on approximately 420 acres.

Marina Heights

Marina Heights is a residential project that will be developed on approximately 250 acres.



City of Seaside

Seaside Resort Development (website)
The Seaside Resort Development is a mixed use project with golf course, residential, and visitor-serving uses on the existing 375-acre Bayonet and Blackhorse Golf Course parcel.

Main Gate Retail Center (website)
The Seaside Main Gate is a new regional retail project that will be developed on approximately 60 acres.

East Garrison

Monterey Horse Park

City of Del Rey Oaks

Veteran's Cemetery
