Hazardous Material Removal
Project No. S201-ITB1

The Fort Ord Reuse Authority (FORA) will receive Hazardous Material Removal Statements of Qualification (SOQ) and sealed bid proposals (proposals) for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials in accordance with the contract documents for 20 buildings located in the area known as Surplus II, bordered by Malmady and 7th Avenue, and Gigling Road and Col. Durham Road in Seaside, California, Project No. S201-ITB2. Estimated work is between $1.5 M and $2.5 M.

Hazardous Material Removal work will be for ten (10) three story, concrete, surplus military structures (nicknamed Rolling pins), one (1) Cafeteria, one (1) Gym with ancillary building, two (2) Armories, and six (6) Administrative buildings.

Per the Instructions to Bidders, a Mandatory Walkthrough will be held on-site 9:00 AM PST, January 4th, 2018. SOQs must be received before 3:00 PM PST, January 19, 2018; and, proposals must be received before Public Opening, February 7, 2018 @ 11:00 AM.
